The Dr. Herculano Alvarenga Natural History Museum in Taubaté is one of the most beloved attractions in the Paraíba Valley region, offering a tour full of curiosities and knowledge.

The great thing about visiting a place like this is that you're not just doing a tourist trip, but also learning a bit more about our history.

The exhibition

The MHNT exhibition currently occupies approximately 600 m2, in addition to an auditorium for film screenings and lectures.

The route

The exhibition's layout aims to guide visitors through a chronological sequence of geological eras and periods, showcasing fossils and events that tell the evolutionary story of our planet.

The research
